We have a variety of resources available for U.S. employees who are enrolled in a Vail Resorts medical plan as well resources for those who are not. They have reviewed 96 percent of doctors in the country and their world-leading experts come from top medical institutions such as the Mayo Clinic, John Hopkins Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
- Grand Rounds is dedicated to ensuring you get the right care at the right time from the right physician.
- Working with Grand Rounds will help you avoid a $200 Single Opinion Penalty on specific procedures.

Biometric Screening & Clinical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)
- Are you aware of your current and future health risks? Participating in a biometric screening and completing the CHRA will provide you with this valuable information. Check out the schedule of screenings here.

- Many of us spend a lot of time in the sun, which could increase the likelihood of skin cancer. Want to make sure you’re in the clear? Get a skin cancer screening. Here’s a schedule of screenings.

- Healthier women are more likely to have healthy babies. Work with the experts at UMR (our medical plan provider) before, during and after your pregnancy to help improve health outcomes for you and your baby.

Athletic Training Program
- Did you know all U.S. Vail Resorts employees get three free sessions with an athletic trainer to enhance functional movement, aid in the healing process and reduce risk of injury?
- Check with your local Health & Safety Manager to learn more.
- Flu shot clinics are held onsite at many locations in November and December, so keep it in mind for next year.
- Even though the onsite flu shot clinics have past, you can still get a free flu from your local King Soopers, City Market or Smith’s pharmacy by picking up a voucher from your local Human Resources office.
Gym Membership Discounts
- Many of our locations offer local gym discounts.
- Check with your local Human Resources Department to see what may be available near you.
