  • Emergency Relief Grants are awarded to assist with unpredictable life setbacks such as a sudden medical issue, home disaster or other life event.

  • MDLive allows you to talk to a board-certified doctor via phone or video. Forget long waits and expensive urgent care visits – get help now with doctors on-call 24/7/365. 
  • UMR’s Health Cost Estimator – Like anything else you spend money on, it pays to shop around for medical procedures. This tool lets you see what you can expect to pay before you go to the doctor. Log in to your UMR account and click the “Health cost estimator” tile on the main page. 
  • CVS/Caremark’s Prescription Savings Guide – See if you can save money on prescriptions by logging into your CVS account. 

Are you a full-time, year-round employee? Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) can help you save money on taxes:

  • Healthcare FSA can help reduce taxes and increase your take-home pay. On average, this could save you between 23-30 percent in taxes, depending on your contribution.
  • Dependent Care FSA – If you’ve compared costs for childcare lately, you know it’s not cheap. Your contributions will come out of your pay before taxes, which is like paying less for your dependent care.
  • If you do not currently have an FSA, you will be able to elect the benefit during the next Open Enrollment in July 2018.
