Open Enrollment 2019

How do I complete the Open Enrollment process?

To complete the enrollment process, please follow these steps between July 1–14, 2019:

  1. Navigate to Direct Connect (
  2. Select Take Action and log in 
  3. Click on My Benefits, then Benefits Enrollment
  4. Click the Open button
  5. Select the benefits options you wish to enroll in and follow the appropriate steps
  6. Click Review Summary to review your elections
  7. Click Update Elections to submit your elections
  8. Click Final Submissions to complete the enrollment process

Once Open Enrollment is over, you will receive an email instructing you to verify your elections.

If you make new enrollments or update your enrollments, your changes will become active August 1, 2019.
