Michael heard about a "Make a wish" guest staying at the hotel and jumped into action to ensure the child was honored. The kid wanted to be a cowboy so Michael dressed up, decorate his room and made sure he had a yee-haw greeting. |

A guest and his elderly mother were disappointed to hear the Colorado scenic chair was closed as she had a condition that prevented her from hiking up the mountain. When Steve heard of this, he utilized the truck that was not being used for Colorado chair and organized with the guest to surprise his mother with a private tour of the mountain via the service road. A sizeable tip was offered to Steve many times for which he declined. Well done Steve! |

Brett went out of his way to show 2 truck divers how friendly he is. These trucker had just drove here from Houston with our snowmaking pipe and had never been here before. Brett had them get in our truck and drove them to the gondola so they could take a ride and get lunch while they had to wait to be off loaded. Both drivers were so grateful for his help in showing them around town. Brett help to give these guys a great experience while in Breck. |
