Cam comes to us from Mt. Brighton where he was the Director of Food & Beverage. We couldn’t be more honored to have him join us in Breckenridge and look forward to him meeting our entire Breck family!
A little bit about Cam…
Cam started with Vail Resorts in 2013 at Mt. Brighton. Cam went through the $12 million capital overhaul of the resort including all restaurants. Prior to that Cam was a General Manager for Old Chicago Restaurant where he was the head of the MIT (Manager In Training Program). Cam attended Culinary School at Schoolcraft College, then transferred to Lansing Community College and Graduated with a Associates in Hospitality.
Three words others may use to describe Cam - Competitive, Outgoing and Honest. Cam’s hobbies include snowboarding, golf, fishing, sports- including basketball, swimming, kayaking and spending time with his family. Cam is married to Jaclyn and has 3 children, twin girls (3 ½) Charlotte and Carly and son (1 ½) Carter.
